LODGING REQUESTS

PAYMENT: Advance payment by check or credit card is necessary to confirm all reservations . There will be a non-refundable 15% booking fee (minimum $25) and you can pay with a Visa or Mastercard or check.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel more than 14 days prior to your reservation, you will receive a full refund less the booking fee. No refunds will be available for cancellations received less than 14 days prior. Christmas and Easter: Cancellations for the week prior to and the week after these holidays require a 30 day cancellation notification.

Advance reservations are necessary and the costs are $700/each way for up to 10 people.

Train Reservations
Advance train reservations can only be made for travel beginning in Los Mochis, El Fuerte or Chihuahua.

Sample Train Fares (stops may be made en route without an extra charge, but reservations for each segment must be made and paid for in advance):
Los Mochis/Creel: $80/pp/one way
Los Mochis/Chihuahua: $150/pp/one way
Chihuahua/Creel: $70/pp/one way

Booking Fee: $15/per ticket non-refundable

After we have confirmed your hotel reservations, we can make necessary train reservations.
